Business, Computers & Information Systems
Business, Computer & Information Technology programs provide students with the fundamental concepts and tools of business, computer, and information technology necessary for living and working in today’s world including business environments, and for applying a variety of business principles and techniques which are used in personal, post-secondary and occupational settings.
The goal of the BCIT Department is to prepare our students to be financially responsible citizens as they begin their careers and contribute to society as a whole. BCIT provides students with knowledge of communication and interpersonal skills, career awareness and pathways, finance, marketing techniques, the legal system and contracts, and technology which are all topics that prepare students for the 21st Century.
