Mars Area School District has always been associated with forward thinking, quality consciousness, and high educational standards. Our District has three elementary schools, a middle school and a high school. Enrollment (K-12) in our five school buildings is approximately 3,600 students and growing.

 

Our quality schools are staffed with experienced and caring professionals who join in offering a remarkably varied curriculum and who are committed to providing students with a valuable educational experience. In recent years, our District has integrated new technology at all of our schools, offering students even more opportunities to learn both inside and outside the classroom.

 

Despite our continued growth, our District remains small enough to offer personalized attention and large enough to provide broad experiences. Online Employment Portal

Mars Area School District's online Employment Portal provides a centralized platform for individuals to search and apply for open positions within the District. The portal, which may be accessed via the "Professional Positions" or "Support Positions" links above or directly at www.applitrack.com/marsk12/onlineapp/default.aspx, allows job seekers to easily view current openings, create an account, build a profile with resume and credentials, and apply for desired positions, all through a convenient online interface.

The Employment Portal offers a user-friendly experience that enable the District to connect with quality candidates more efficiently. Key features include: 

• A centralized listing of all current District job openings;
• The ability for candidates to create a profile and submit applications 100% online;
• Pre-screening questions and uploading of resumes/credentials;
• A mobile-friendly design for applying from any device;
• Automated tracking of candidate activity and review process.

All applications submitted via the Employment Portal will be retained in “active” status for one school year. The District will contact qualified candidates with further information.
