All students participating in a sport must register at www.FamilyID.com; must submit a signed “Drug Testing Consent Form” in accordance with District Policy 227.1 Random Drug Testing; and must undergo one comprehensive physical examination per year. (Note: Completed physical forms must be dated after May 1, 2024, and must be scanned and uploaded directly to Family ID. No paper copies of physical forms will be accepted.)
Mars Area School District charges a $100 Athletic Participation Fee per student per sport. Online payments are accepted via Family ID (PayPal or credit card) or by check, made payable to “Mars Area School District.” Checks may be turned in to the Main Office at the student’s individual building.
All fees and completed forms must be submitted by no later than Thursday, Aug. 1, in order for students to be eligible to participate.
