The message is to inform you that earlier today (Friday, Oct. 31), Mars Area School District received a report of a gun at Mars Area Centennial School.

District administrators and police officials immediately investigated and have determined this report to be false. Please note that, at no time, was there a threat to the health and safety of the student body and/or staff members at Mars Area Centennial School or in any other District buildings.
