Mars Area School District students (K-12) and staff members are encouraged to wear bright, colorful or mismatched socks on Tuesday, Oct. 21, to commemorate Down Syndrome Awareness Month.

The month is a time to celebrate those with Down Syndrome as well as to create awareness about Down Syndrome and advocate for acceptance and inclusion.
