Mars Area High School will hold its Class of 2026 Commencement Ceremony & Walk at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, at Mars Athletics Complex.
PARKING/SHUTTLE BUSES — Parking at Mars Athletic Complex will be reserved for graduating seniors and for handicapped parking. Parking for parents/guardians and other graduation attendees will be available at Mars Area High School, where shuttle buses to and from Mars Athletic Complex will be provided from 4:30 to 8 p.m.
Speeches will be offered by Dr. Mark Gross, superintendent; Lindsay Rosswog, principal; Callahan Johnson, student speaker*; Jaxon Hittle, student-selected speaker*; and Kathryn Mueller, Class of 2026 president. Other Class of 2026 officers are Lauren Chadwick, vice president; and Avery Symchak, secretary.
* Mars Area High School does not announce its valedictorian and salutatorian until after the last day of school when all final grades have been tabulated. Therefore, those students who are invited to speak at graduation may not be the valedictorian and salutatorian.
In the event of inclement weather persists, the ceremony will be moved to Mars Area High School auditorium. For more information, call (724) 625-1518.
