Girls Youth Lacrosse Teams Compete in 3 Rivers Classic

Several Mars Girls Youth Lacrosse Association teams competed in the 3 Rivers Classic Girls Lacrosse Tournament, held May 16-17.

Youth lacrosse team poses together in uniforms for a group photo. The U12 team, which went 4-1 at the tournament, ended the regular season undefeated with and overall record of 18-0-1. Team members include sixth-graders Reagan Anke, Ally Carlson, Audrina Lampasi, Amelia Lavrinc, Aubrey Myers, Quinn Rosswog and Josie Sondej; and, fifth-graders Madeline Allshouse, Laurel Breese, Talia Carrabba, Taylor Dee, Leah DiGioia, Kaylee Diroll, Norah Gehlmann, Genevieve Haggerty, Caroline Kowatch, Gracie Melnick, Emelia Radens and Mia Reichenbach.

Another youth lacrosse team gathers on the field in uniforms. The U10 team also were undefeated at the tournament. Team members are fourth-graders Carly Gibson, Ava Joyce, Kaiya Lokhaiser, Tessa McCaskey, Kinsley Mannella, Avery Mendicino, Reagan Repine, Payton Rosswog, Peyton Rourke, Lucia Smith, Evan Sullivan, Brynn Sechler, Leah Turkovich and Quinn Walther; third-graders Addison Clay, Lilyan Elliott, Caliana Payne, Aurelia Moraites, Callahan Lenz, Elsie Forrest, Allegra Duran, Vivian Cox, Collins Ring, Emilia Lombardo, Amelia Bainbridge, Elena Porco and Adalynn Kalan; and, second-grader Laurel Ratcliffe.

Team members are seventh-graders Elise Balazs, Annabelle Bombick, Makayla DaSilva, Alyssa Day, Dahlia Durham, Mia Franck, Lydia Lawrence, Lila Leapline, Grace Lynch, Molly Magness, Delaney Martin, Mia McCaskey, Ava McGuinness, Vivienne Navari, Genevieve Ratcliffe, Charlotte Reinard and Ivy Temyer; and, sixth-grader Charlee McMurtrie.

Team members are Kira Battilana, Elisia DePaoli, Kenley Dermitt, Riley Edler, Natalie Frengel, Madeleine Garraux, Piper Hartge, Reese Hilovsky, Ava Kessler, Layla Kolarcik-Schmitt, London Ligda, Olivia Lofink, Lucy Lovig, Rebecca McGrath, Quinn McNichols, Rowan Mondi, Brecklyn Munshower, Grace Radford, Logan Reutzel, Alena Salvini, Jasmine Schlie, Ashley Vingle and Monroe Waraks.

Also participating in the tournament was the U8 Team, made up of second-graders Eleanor Clark, Maren Gehlmann, Penelope Kellum, Shane Miller, Cassidy Roberts and Rosalina Smith; first-graders Maeve Beyda, Riley Carlson, Vera Cox, Carmen Duran, Georgie Huerbin, Meredith Kowatch, Ava Kremer, Sophia McClure, Saylor Pribis, Mira Schlie and Rowan Sullivan; and, kindergartners Etta Duran, Lindsay Haley, Juliette Lawlor, Giulia Lombardo, Callahan Rourke and Finley Swick.
