Mars Area School District has launched a new online Employment Portal, providing a centralized platform for individuals to search and apply for open positions within the District.  

The portal, which may be accessed via the District’s website, https://www.marsk12.org/apps/pages/index.jsp?uREC_ID=795362&type=d&pREC_ID=1186589 or directly at www.applitrack.com/marsk12/onlineapp/default.aspx, allows job seekers to easily view current openings, create an account, build a profile with resume and credentials, and apply for desired positions, all through a convenient online interface.

The new Employment Portal offers a user-friendly experience that enable the District to connect with quality candidates more efficiently. Key features include:

• A centralized listing of all current District job openings;
• The ability for candidates to create a profile and submit applications 100% online;
• Pre-screening questions and uploading of resumes/credentials;
• A mobile-friendly design for applying from any device;
• Automated tracking of candidate activity and review process.

All applications submitted via the Employment Portal will be retained in “active” status for one school year. The District will contact qualified candidates with further information.
