Some Mars Area School District school buses may be running slightly behind schedule during the temporary closure of Overbrook Road (Middlesex Township).

The roadway is expected to be closed, Monday, Sept. 30, through Monday, Oct. 7, as crews reconfigure and resurface the roadway at its intersection with Route 8/Route 228. Because of this closure, the District will be re-routing several school buses around the construction area, which may result in a change to the designated pick-up/drop-off times for students whose buses utilize Overbrook Road.

The District will make every effort to pick up students according to their regular bus schedule; however, we appreciate your patience as some buses may be a few minutes late. The buildings are aware that some students may be arriving late to school.
