Mars Area High School Girls Varsity Lacrosse Team will take on the Quaker Valley Quakers in the final game of the 2026 WPIAL Class 2A Girls Varsity Lacrosse Championship at 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, at Upper St. Clair High School.
The Lady Planets tamed the South Fayette Lions 14-11 in the WPIAL Semifinals on May 18; and, grounded the Oakland Catholic Eagles 23-1 in the WPIAL Quarterfinals on May 13. The team ended the regular season with an overall record of 16-1 and went undefeated (10-0) in section play, earning the Section 2-2A title.
Tickets for the WPIAL final are $10 and may be purchased online at https://gofan.co/WPIAL. All tickets sold at the gate are $10.
