Mars Area High School Varsity Hockey Team will host its annual “Ice ALS” fundraiser during the Fightin’ Planets game against the West Allegheny Indians at 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 2, at Baierl Toyota Ice Complex.

Donations to benefit the ALS Association Western Pennsylvania Chapter will be accepted at the game as well as online at https://secure2.convio.net/alsa/site/TR/DIY/NationalOffice?pg=team&team_id=424899&fr_id=16926. Other activities will include ticket raffles for prizes such as autographed jerseys, signed sports memorabilia, and themed gift baskets
