Fourth-graders at Mars Area Elementary School will display dioramas, created as part of a cross-curricular activity based on the movie, Home Alone, Monday, Dec. 15, in the gymnasium.

After watching the movie and discussing cause and effect in class, the students worked in groups to design and build scale model traps to catch the burglars and save the movie’s main character, Kevin. In their STEAM classes, fourth-graders then added lights and moving components to their projects.
