Mars Area High School Varsity Hockey Team will take on the Plum Mustangs in the quarterfinals of the 2026 PIHL (Pennsylvania Interscholastic Hockey League) Class A Penguins Cup Playoffs at 9 p.m. on Monday, March 2, at Baierl Toyota Ice Complex.

The Fightin’ Planets ended the 2025-2026 regular season with an overall record of 15-1.
