Mars Area School District will commemorate Mental Health Awareness Month with the following theme days:
- Monday, May 12 — “Music Monday” — wear a music or band t-shirt
- Tuesday, May 13 — “Tie Dye Tuesday” — wear tie-dye or colorful apparel
- Wednesday, May 14 — “Wellness Wednesday” — wear #bethekindkid apparel
- Thursday, May 15 — “Tranquil Thursday” — wear green
- Friday, May 16 — “Feel Good Friday”— wear workout or relaxing apparel
In addition, the District will join in the Mental Health America “Be Seen in Green” Challenge. Donations to the fundraiser will be accepted online at https://give.mhanational.org/-/NPXZLGMY.
