Mars Area High School Marching Band will compete in the 2025 PIMBA (Pennsylvania Interscholastic Marching Band Association) Championship on Saturday, Oct. 18, at Deer Lakes High School.

The marching band will perform its competition show at approximately 4 p.m. The show, titled “Let it Be” highlights songs from 1970s American counterculture, including “Let It Be” by The Beatles.

The Fightin’ Planets will compete against Class A bands from Springdale and South Side Area high schools.
