Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Volleyball Team will take on the Ambridge Bridgers in the semifinals of the 2024 WPIAL Class 2A Boys Varsity Volleyball Championship at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21, at Gateway High School (Monroeville, Pa.).
The Fightin’ Planets thrashed the Gateway Gators 3-1 in the WPIAL Quarterfinals on May 16. The team ended the regular season with an overall record of 15-3 and 9-1 in section, tying with Greater Latrobe Wildcats for the Section 2-2A title after a nine-game winning streak.
Tickets are $5 for students and $7 for adults sales and may be purchased online at www.gofan.co/wpial. All tickets sold at the gate are $7.
