Fourth-graders at Mars Area Elementary School will display their dioramas, created as part of a cross-curricular activity based on the movie, Home Alone, from 11 to 11:30 a.m., 1:45 to 2:15 p.m. and 2:30 to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 20, in the gymnasium.

After watching the movie in class, students discussed cause and effect. Fourth-graders then began working in groups to design and build scale model traps to catch the burglars and save the movie’s main character, Kevin.
