Mars Area High School Girls Varsity Lacrosse Team will take on the Chartiers Valley Colts in the final game of the 2022 WPIAL Class 2A Girls Varsity Lacrosse Championship at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, May 25, at Robert Morris University’s Joe Walton Stadium.

 The Lady Planets trounced the Hampton Talbots 13-9 in the WPIAL Semifinals on May 23; and quelled the Quaker Valley Quakers 16-6 in the WPIAL quarterfinals on May 18. The team ended the regular season with an overall record of 13-3 and 9-1 in Section 2-2A play.
