Mars Area Primary Center will offer a Kindergarten Preview event from 9:30 to 11 a.m. or 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 20.
The event is open to students who will be registering to attend the school’s Kindergarten Program during the 2020-2021 School Year and their parents. Activities will include a school scavenger hunt, a library “read-aloud,” and a school bus ride.
Kindergarten is open to children who will be 5 years old on or before Tuesday, Sept. 1. Registration packets and lottery tickets will be distributed during the event.
Note: The selection of AM or PM Kindergarten session will be done through a lottery system. Once the maximum class size is reached, the session will be closed and individuals may be placed on a waiting list for their session preference. Mars Area Primary Center will begin accepting completed Kindergarten Registration Packets for the 2020-2021 School Year at the school’s Kindergarten Lottery Registration Day, beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, March 20, at Mars Area Centennial School.
