Mars Area Public Library will offer an "Estate Planning & Elder Law" program from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 6. 

Representatives of Sechler Law Firm will discuss Wills vs.Trusts; How to maintain control of your life savings; Medicaid eligibility for the nursing home; asset protection from long-term care costs; and How to avoid probate and how to ensure your children receive their inheritance.
