Mars Area Public Library will offer a "Marketing the Presidency" program at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 21. 

Steve Mihaly, long-time collector and enthusiast of American political history articles, will present his extensive collection of memorabilia from past Presidents and Presidential candidates from George Washington to current presidents.
