Mars Area High School will recognize numerous students at the school’s 27th annual Academic Excellence Banquet from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16, at the Pittsburgh Marriott North (Cranberry Township).

Event attendance is by invitation only. The program will honor those seniors and juniors receiving scholarships, community awards, school-related awards and other recognition.
