Mars Area Primary Center will hold its annual First Grade Parent Picnic on Wednesday, May 9.

Parents may bring a bag lunch or purchase a hamburger, cheeseburger, grilled chicken sandwich, grilled chicken salad or chef salad for $3.50. The meal will also include baked beans, three bean salad or baby carrots; fresh fruit; a frozen fruit bar; and milk. Bottled water will be available for an additional 50 cents.

All parents attending the program must complete the District’s requirements for Assistive Volunteers (as per District Policy 916 Volunteers), which include submitting to a driver’s license scan at the District’s Administration Office, 545 Route 228, Mars, Pa. 16046. All requirements must be completed by no later than Friday, April 27.
