Author April Hartman will present her “Growth Mindset” program for second-graders at Mars Area Elementary School at 9:45 a.m. on Tuesday, March 26.

The program is based on Hartman’s children’s book, “The Dream Keepers,” which is about what it takes to make a dream come true. The story’s main characters, Happy Thoughts and Hard Work, will help students to build healthy habits for positive self-talk and self-discipline and to develop strategies for achieving any goal.
