Mars Area School Board will hold a Special Meeting at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 3, to conduct public interviews of candidates interested in filling an upcoming vacancy on the Board.

The Board is seeking any community members interested in filling the seat currently held by Board member Nicole Thurner, who, effective Tuesday, Jan. 9, is resigning her post because she is moving out of Mars Area School District.
(Any community members, who may be interested in serving on the School Board, are asked to submit a letter of interest to [email protected], by no later than 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 20.)
