Members of Mars Area High School’s Science National Honor Society chapter will offer a “STEAM Day” activity for students in second through fourth grades from 9:15 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 15, at Mars Area Elementary School.

Elementary students will rotate between six stations focused on chemistry, physics and general science. Activities will include “Chemistry Becomes Ice Cream,” “Creating a High Pressure Environment,” “Elephant Toothpaste,” “The Tornado,” “The Van de Graaff Machine” and “What is Oobleck?”
