Mars Area School District’s Office of Special Education will offer an “Explanation of Gifted Parent Rights & Continuum of Services” from 7 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 15, at Mars Area High School.
Amy Davis McShane, Western Pennsylvania Gifted Liaison, and Diane McGaffic, Midwestern Intermediate Unit IV Gifted Advisor, will lead the presentation.
