Mars Area High School Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team will take on the Chartiers Valley Colts in the final game of the 2021 WPIAL Class 2A Boys Varsity Lacrosse Championship at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 27, at Robert Morris University.

The Fightin’ Planets defeated the South Fayette Lions 20-6 in the WPIAL semifinals on May 24; and, tamed Franklin Regional Panthers 29-3 in the first round of the WPIAL playoffs on May 19. The team ended the regular season with an overall record of 16-0 and 8-0 in section play, earning the 2021 Section 2-2A title.
