Mars Area Primary Center will offer Pre-Kindergarten Assessments for the 2019-2020 School Year on Thursday, April 4, and Friday, April 5.

Students will be assessed on fundamental skills such as letter and number identification, writing, etc. The event will inform parents and teachers of a student’s readiness to attend kindergarten.

The program is open to students who are registered for the 2019-2020 Kindergarten Program at Mars Area Primary Center and their parents. Kindergarten is open to children who will be 5 years old on or before Friday, Sept. 1.

Registration packets are available for pick up between 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, in the school’s main office. Completed packets may be turned in during the event.
