Mars Area High School Boys and Girls Varsity Lacrosse Teams will hold a “Play for the Brave Night” fundraiser during the Fightin’ Planet’s game against the Plum Mustangs at 7:15 p.m. (JV at 6 p.m.) on Tuesday, April 23, at Mars Athletic Complex.

Activities will include an honor guard presentation, fastest shot and accuracy competitions, prize drawings, concessions, and t-shirt sales. Event t-shirts will also be sold during all lunches, Monday, April 15,  through Thursday, April 18, at Mars Area High School. Cost is $15 for performance fabric or $12 for cotton t-shirts.

All donations and proceeds will benefit the “It’s About the Warrior Foundation,” which assists post-Sept. 11 veterans and their families. For more information, visit http://iatw.us/.
