As per District policy, at the end of each school year, Mars Area School Board completes an evaluation of the District's superintendent and assistant superintendent(s) performance in the areas of Student Growth and Achievement; Organizational Leadership; District Operations and Financial Management; Communication and Community Relations; Human Resource Management; and Professionalism.
