Hindman Trucking Company will be collecting donations to benefit the residents of Wilmington, Texas, affected by Hurricane Harvey from 6 to 10 p.m. during the Fightin' Planets Football Game against the South Fayette Lions on Friday, Sept. 1, at Mars Athletic Complex.
Note: Donations will be collected near the main entrance to Mars Athletic Complex on the Mars Area Middle School side the stadium. As traffic may be congested in the parking area before and during the game, attendees are encouraged to allow extra time to drop-off donations if choosing to do so.
Needed items include canned food, water, cleaning supplies, dog/cat food, children’s clothing, diapers, baby food/formula, tarps, paper products, flashlights, batteries and trash bags. All donations will be sent by tractor trailer to Wilmington, Texas.
